The "Morning in Japan" paint by numbers kit is a stylish, exquisite, and incredibly charming illustration in a traditional oriental style. Set against a picturesque Japanese garden with blooming sakura, a pagoda, and a calm pond surface, a white cat is depicted in an elegant turquoise kimono with a floral pattern. She yawns sweetly, welcoming the new day with true feline grace and serenity. The harmonious combination of turquoise, soft pink, emerald, and beige tones gives the painting sophistication, light, and a special sense of tranquility. The process of painting this canvas will provide you with emotional relaxation, immerse you in an atmosphere of harmony, and bring great pleasure. The finished artwork will make a sophisticated accent in a living room, bedroom, study, or a great gift for fans of Japanese culture and cats.

Useful tips

  1. The painting kit includes numbered acrylic paints, several different brushes, and a check sheet.
  2. Use the check sheet to see if you have done everything correctly and make corrections if necessary. Keep it until the painting is finished.
  3. Use as little water as possible. Wipe the brush with a napkin after rinsing it in water. There will be enough paint, and there will even be some left over!
  4. If you take a break from painting, tightly close all paint jars. NB! Paints cannot withstand freezing temperatures. Therefore, painting kits must be stored at 0+ degrees Celsius.
  5. It is better to start with dark tones and finish with light ones. Light colors need to be painted over several times to cover the printed number.
  6. The gray area where there is no number is painted with paint that also has no number – the jar will just have a white circle.
  7. A couple of weeks after finishing the painting, it will be dry enough to varnish and frame. We strongly recommend varnishing it to keep the painting beautiful for years.
  8. Be sure to take a photo of your painting and add it to the Omaart Facebook page. It will bring joy to others and participate in competitions that we organize.
  9. Don’t forget that Omaart is always ready to help you! Feel free to contact us and ask anything about painting.
