All products purchased in the online store are covered by warranty and the right to return in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Customers can use their right to return within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product. We guarantee a refund within two weeks under the following conditions:

The buyer has not damaged the product, the set has not been painted. The buyer has kept the purchase receipt. The product is of unsatisfactory quality. In what cases can we talk about a defect?

If the paints are numbered incorrectly. Example: In the declared sample, area No. 2 is green, but paint No. 2 is red. If the paints have dried out. Attention!
The cost of delivery and return shipping is not refunded.
